Issue of Investment Instruments in Czech Republic on Shares Example

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá emisí akcií. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována charakteristice základních pojmů, formám emise akcií, jaký je postup pří IPO emisi. Následně se zaměřuji na obchodování s akciemi, věnuji se akciovým burzám a jejich historii. Praktická část přibližuje základní principy IPO, kde poukazuje na jednotlivých společnostech specifika těchto emisí. Po té přichází na řadu souhrn základních požadavků na burzovní trh a uvádí základní údaje o IPO na světových trzích. Druhá polovina praktické části prezentuje vývoj na trzích BCPP. Závěr obsahuje souhrn těchto poznatků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of shares. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the characteristics of the basic concepts, forms of share issues, what is the procedure for issuing an IPO. Then I focus on trading, deals with the stock exchanges, and their history. The practical part is related to the basic principles of the IPO, which refers to individual companies and the specifics of shares emissions. Then comes the summary of the basic requirements of the stock market, and provides basic information about the IPO market in the world. The second half of the practical part presents the development of markets for PSE. The conclusion contains a summary of these findings.
