Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou jednoho vzorku ve dvou různých retenčních mechanismech. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit experimentální uspořádání pro dvourozměrnou separaci, která by spojovala separaci v prostoru v první dimenzi a separaci v čase ve druhé dimenzi. Presented bachelor’s thesis deals with sample transfer between two different retention mechanisms. The aim of this work was to develop an experimental setup for two-dimensional analysis combining a space-based separation in the first dimension and a time-based separation in the second dimension.
