Tato diplomová práce pojednává o projektu „Město Brno zvyšuje kvalitu vzdělávání v základních školách“ a jeho fungování. Věnuje se nové pozici mentora, která díky projektu vznikla na místních základních školách pro rozvoj žáků ohroženým školním neúspěchem.
