Abstract:
Lidské embryonální kmenové buňky jsou buňky schopné sebeobnovy a diferenciace do všech 3 zárodečných listů. Jejich diferenciace směrem do mezodermu a dále do hematopoetické linie může být dosaženo pomocí tvorby embryoidních tělísek, vhodných podmínek prostředí a výběrem optimálního média s růstovými faktory a cytokiny. Abstract:
Human embryonic stem cells are capable of self-renewal and differentiation into all three germ layers. Their differentiation toward mesoderm and hematopoietic lineage can be achieved by embryoid bodies formation, suitable culture conditions, and selection of optimal medium with growth factors and cytokines.
