Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na mzdové účetnictví s ohledem na legislativní změny po novele zákoníku práce od 1.1.2021. Teoretická část vysvětluje mzdovou problematiku a upozorňuje na zavedené změny. Je doplněna o příklady, které problematiku blíže vysvětlují. Stěžejní jsou kapitoly o odměňování zaměstnanců se zaměřením na zrušení superhrubé mzdy a zavedení dvou sazeb daně z příjmů, tj. 15 a 23 %. …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on payroll accounting with regard to legislative changes which came up with an amendment to the Labor Code from 1.1.2021. The theoretical part explains payroll accounting in the Czech Republic and points out the introduced changes. It is supplemented by examples that explain the issue in more detail.
