Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována institutu svěření dítěte do péče jiné fyzické osoby než rodiče a následně do pěstounské péče. Zabývá se příčinami a okolnostmi, za kterých bývá nezletilé dítě svěřováno do péče jiné fyzické osobě než rodiče a následně do pěstounské péče.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis is dedicated to an institute of the child's delegation to the furnace of another individual than a parent and his further delegation to the foster care. It deals with causes and circumstances under which the child's care is delegated to the furnace of another individual than a parent and further delegated to the foster care.
