Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků v sociálních službách. Práce se dělí na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje syndrom jako takový, jeho příznaky, diagnostiku, fáze, rizikové faktory, jeho prevenci a léčbu. Samotná prevence syndromu vyhoření tvoří nejdůležitější část práce. Abstract:
The theme of this bachelor thesis is a burnout syndrome among the workers in social services. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part describes burnout as such, its symptoms, diagnosis, phases, risk factors, its prevention and treatment. The prevention of burnout itself is the most important part of the work.
