Možnosti rozvoje japonského festivalu Animefest

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy produktu cestovního ruchu v podobě festivalu Animefest vypracovat návrh na jeho inovaci. Animefest je největší festival japonské kultury, a zvláště popové subkultury s ústředními pojmy manga a anime (komiksy a kreslené seriály), který se v současnosti v České Republice pořádá. Počet účastníků rok od roku roste, a tak byla v této práci prostřednictvím dotazníku, rozhovoru s organizátory a z vlastních pozorování a zkušeností analyzována jeho současná situace. Zjistil jsem, že podstatnou část populace by šlo na festival přilákat skrze zájem o tradiční japonskou kulturu, např. auta nebo čaje, a zformuloval jsem doporučení o tyto artikly nabídku festivalu rozšířit. Z faktu, že většina stávajících fanoušků se o festivalu dozvěděla od kamaráda, vyplynul druhý návrh, a to zkombinovat udržení starých fanoušků věrnostním slevovým programem podmíněným účastí na hře přirozeně zahrnující i fanoušky nové.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelor’s thesis is to offer an innovation design of the Japanese culture festival Animefest, based on its analysis as a tourism product. Animefest is currently the largest festival of its kind taking place in the Czech Republic, focusing chiefly on Japanese pop-culture centre around the terms manga and anime (comics and cartoons). The participant count grows every year, and thus an analysis utilising a survey, an interview with the organizing committee, and my own observations was in order. As I found out, much of the Czech population who aren’t actively interested in Japanese culture may be drawn to the festival when more traditional Japanese trademarks, such as their cars or teas, are used. Additionally to the recommendation to include these in the festival program, I suggest a loyalty discount program for past festival participants. This program would allow for much welcome discounts, while encouraging interaction with non-fan people in the form of a collaborative game.
