Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na inovační potenciál malých středních podniků v Jihočeském kraji. Práce se zabývá analýzou Jihočeského kraje a vazbami mezi hlavními aktéry inovačního prostředí v kraji a také komparací inovačního prostředí s ostatními kraji České republiky. Analýzou inovačního prostředí Jihočeského kraje a statistickým šetřením byl zjištěn podprůměrný inovační potenciál. Příčinou podprůměrného inovačního potenciálu Jihočeského kraje je zejména vyšší míra staršího obyvatelstva, nedostatečně rozvinutá inovační infrastruktura nebo také doposud nedokončené projekty v rámci RIS Jihočeského kraje na podporu inovačních aktivit podniků. Pomocí statistického šetření byl učen vyšší podíl MSP podniků v rámci celkového počtu žadatelů o podporu dotačních programů v Jihočeském kraji. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je zřejmé podprůměrné prostředí pro inovační aktivity v Jihočeském kraji. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty veškeré poznatky a výsledky jednotlivých analýz a jsou navrženy případné návrhy opatření k dané problematice.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the innovation potential of small and middle-size enterprises in the South Bohemian region. The thesis deals with the analysis of the South Bohemian region and the links between the main actors of the innovation environment in the region and compares the innovation environment with other regions of the Czech Republic. An analysis of the innovation environment of the South Bohemian Region and a statistical survey were performed and below-average innovation potential was found. The cause of the below-average innovation potential of the region was determined. These are a higher rate of older population, insufficient innovation infrastructure or unfinished projects within the regional innovation strategy of the South Bohemian Region. The statistical survey found a higher share of SMEs in companies that applied the most for support from subsidy programs in the South Bohemian Region. Based on the questionnaire survey, the below-average environment for innovation activities in the South Bohemian Region is obvious. At the end of the thesis, all the findings and results of individual analyze are summarized and possible proposals for measures on the issue are proposed.
