Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou stávajících vnitrofiremních procesů v podniku zabývajícím se vývojem a výrobou balicích linek, dále pak návrhem optimalizací a změn vybraného firemního procesu s ohledem na budoucí zavedení ERP informačního systému do firmy.
Abstract:
The thesis contains the analysis of existing internal processes in a company who designs and manufactures packaging lines, as well as design optimization and pro-cess changes to the selected company with regard to the future implementation of ERP information system in the company.
