Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic pro vybranou firmu. V teoretické části se zabývám historií a významem účetnictví, legislativou mezinárodní i národní, snahou o harmonizaci účetního výkaznictví a samotným významem vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic a jejich tvorbou.
