Analysis of the effectiveness of educational measures the social-legal protection of children in relation to the needs of families

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu efektivity výchovných opatření na orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí ve vztahu k potřebám rodin. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat efektivitu uložených výchovných opatření, poukázat na možné negativní jevy při posuzování klienta a navrhnout mechanizmy k naplnění potřeb těchto rodin. Cílem teoretické části práce je blíže popsat oblasti jako je orgán sociálně právní ochrany dětí, rodina, metody a teorie sociální práce. Cílem praktické části je zmapovat systém ukládání výchovných opatření, případové studie jednotlivých rodin a rozhovory s kurátory. Závěr práce je zaměřen na vyhodnocení případových studií, rozhovorů a následné doporučení zefektivnění systému ukládání výchovných opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the analysis of the pedagogical precautions of the social and legal protection of children related to the family needs. The main goals of the thesis are to analyse the efficiency of the assigned pedagogical precautions, to show the potential negative factors related to the adjudication of the client and to propose the mechanisms for fulfilling the needs of those families. The goal of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe in detail the areas like the social and legal protection of children institution, the family, methods and theories of social work. The goal of the practical part is to chart the system of assigning the pedagogical precautions, case studies of individual families and the interviews with the curators. The closing part is focused on the evaluation of case studies and interviews and on the consequent suggestion of the increase efficiency of the assigning the pedagogical precautions system.
