Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací v poskytování zdravotní a sociální péče v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu komunikace, charakteristiku seniora a stáří. Poslední část charakterizuje domov pro seniory, zdravotnické a sociální služby, tým odborníků pečující o klienty. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with communication in health and social care in retirement homes. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key terms such as communication, senior citizens or retirement home. The main goal of the research part of the present work is focused on the process of communication between retirement homes staff and clients from the perspective of clients.
