Initial public offering (IPO) as a source of corporate financing
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je nastínit problematiku primární veřejné emise akcií jako způsob financování podniku. V první části se zabývám možnými způsoby financování, posléze akciemi a trhem cenných papírů. Tato část se také zabývá popisem procesu IPO, jeho výhodami a nevýhodami. V druhé části je proces primární emise akcií dokumentován na společnosti Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to outline the issue of initial public offering as a way of corporate financing. In the first part I deal with possible ways of financing, then with the shares and the securities market. This section also deals with the description of the IPO process, its advantages and disadvantages.
