Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na obecný popis syndromu vyhoření, jeho definici, historii, příznaky a jednotlivá stadia vyhoření. V práci je věnována pozornost prevenci syndromu vyhoření jak na úrovni jednotlivce, tak i na úrovni organizace. The teoretical part of my thesis is focused on a general description of burnout, its definition, history, symptoms and various stages of the burnout. In my thesis I give an attention to a prevention of burnout both at the individual level and at the level of the organization.
