Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se rozhodla rozebrat systém sociálních služeb v okrese Chomutov. Toto téma mě velice zaujalo, protože je velmi rozsáhlé a zajímavé. Nejdříve rozeberu celý systém sociálních služeb v České republice, a poté bych se chtěla zaměřit především na seniory. Protože každý z nás stárne a bude tyto sociální služby jednou využívat, ať už formou příspěvku na péči nebo využije ubytování v domově pro seniory. Cílem mé diplomové práce je analýza jednoho z provozovatelů sociálních služeb v okrese Chomutov. V okrese Chomutov se vyskytují sociální služby, které se věnují seniorům, osobám se zdravotním postižením, sociálně vyloučeným, dětem a jejich rodičům. Do praktické části své diplomové práce jsem použila řízené rozhovory, které jsem získala od zaměstnanců Sociálních služeb Chomutov. Cíl své diplomové práce jsem splnila. Zjistila jsem, že Sociální služby Chomutov získávají dost financí, aby mohly financovat vše potřebné spojené se službami, i aby mohly vylepšovat své sociální služby. Také klienti jsou s poskytovanými službami nadmíru spokojeni.

Abstract:

In my dissertation, I decided to analyse the system of social services in the district of Chomutov. I have been interested in this topic because it is very extensive and interesting. First of all in the thesis, I analyze the whole system of social services in the Czech Republic. Then, I focus primarily on the elderly. The topic is universally applicable as each of us is aging and will once need to use some of these social services whether in the form of contribution to the care or use of accommodation in a home for the elderly. The aim of my thesis is an analysis of one particular social service provider in the district of Chomutov. In the district, there are Chomutov social services dedicated to seniors, people with disabilities, socially excluded, children and their parents. In the practical part of my thesis I present structured interviews, which I made with the staff of Social Services Chomutov. The set objectives of my thesis have been met. I found that Social Services Chomutov gain enough finance to fund everything related to the services they provide and even that there is some financial reserve for the service improvement. Also, clients are extremely satisfied with the services.
