Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma "Aplikace účetních zásad a daňové legislativy - zvolený ekonomický subjekt". Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zpracována pomocí rešerších odborných zdrojů. První část práce se zaměřuje na definování předmětu účetnictví, účetních systémů, účetních zásad a principů. Dále rozpracovává daňovou soustavu České republiky. Praktická část diplomové práce představuje účetní jednotku Swisspearl Česká republika a.s. Práce detailně popisuje účetní a daňové prostředí účetní jednotky. Hlouběji je zde rozpracována systém účetních směrnic a problematiky typické pro výrobní společnost a jejich vliv na uplatňování účetních zásad. Na základě analýzy účetní prostředí jsou v kvalifikační práci představeny návrhy na úpravu účetních směrnic podporující efektivnější uplatňování účetních zásad.

Abstract:

The master thesis is prepared on the topic "Application of accounting principles and tax legislation - selected economic entity". The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is processed using research of professional sources. The first part of the thesis focuses on defining the subject of accounting, accounting systems, accounting principles. It also develops the tax system of the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis presents the accounting unit Swisspearl Česká republika a.s. The work describes in detail the accounting and tax environment of the chosen accounting unit. The system of accounting guidelines and issues typical for a manufacturing company and their influence on the application of accounting principles are elaborated here in more detail. On the basis of the analysis of the accounting environment, proposals for the modification of accounting guidelines supporting more effective application of accounting principles are presented in the qualification thesis.
