Analysis of procedures used by Department of Social-legal protection of children during family rehabilitation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou postupů při sanaci rodiny, která je prováděna pracovníky sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, porovnat a analyzovat postupy pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany dětí při sanaci rodiny. Zjistit jaké metody, techniky a postupy jsou jimi využívány. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou za pomoci odborných zdrojů předloženy informace týkající se rodiny, jejího rozpadu a sanace rodiny za pomoci pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Výzkumná část diplomové práce je pojata kvantitativně, kdy výzkumným nástrojem bude dotazník. Dotazník bude zaměřen na zjištění postupů při sanaci rodiny pracovníky sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Za použití technik statistického zpracování dat budou výsledky vyhodnoceny a analyzovány. V závěru diplomové práce bude shrnutí, na které budou navazovat navrhovaná a vhodná opatření.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the description and analysis of procedures for rehabilitation of the family, which is carried out by workers of social and legal protection of children. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find, compare and analyze the procedures of socially legal protection of children in family rehabilitation. Find out what methods, techniques and procedures are being used. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, information about the family, its disintegration and family rehabilitation with the help of social and legal protection of children is presented with the help of expert sources. The research part of the diploma thesis is conceived quantitatively, when the research tool will be a questionnaire. The questionnaire will focus on identifying procedures for family rehabilitation of children of social and legal protection of children. Using statistical data processing techniques, the results will be evaluated and analyzed. At the conclusion of the thesis, a summary will be drawn up, on which the proposed and appropriate measures will be followed.
