Conditional training of referees professional and semi- professional levels
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit rozhodčí ledního hokeje na profesionální a semiprofesionální úrovni o základních pojmech a informacích, které se týkají kondiční přípravy. Tato práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky odborníků zabývajících se tímto tématem; a obsahuje způsob stimulace kondičních schopností, jejichž vysoká úroveň je v dnešním hokeji vyžadována.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the introduction of the basic concepts and information related to fitness training to the ice hockey referee at a professional and semi-professional level. This paper summarizes the theoretical knowledge of experts dealing with this topic; and includes a method of stimulating fitness abilities required at the high level is in today's hockey.
