Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit a popsat historickou a legislativní složku integrovaného záchranného systému ve vybraných zemích EU. Teoretická část bakalářské práce byla věnována historii vzniku integrovaného záchranného systému, konkrétně se zaměřila na italský a francouzský systém. Ve druhé části přibližuje strukturu integrovaného záchranného systému a komparuje hlavní rozdíly těchto systémů mezi Evropou a USA. V poslední části teoretické části je věnována mezinárodní spolupráci. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření je demonstrace na praktické ukázce záchranné akce, kdy zásah nejen zdravotnického personálu s sebou přináší důležité postupy a nemalé množství zdravotnického vybavení, které by na místě činu mohlo, pokud by nebylo použito s náležitou opatrností, poškodit a znečistit místo činu. Vedlejším cílem je pokusit se o vytvoření manuálu pro zdravotnické pracovníky, jako podpůrný nástroj, který může účinně chránit jak práci zdravotníků, tak i samotné místo činu.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present and describe the historical and legislative component of the integrated rescue system in selected EU countries. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was devoted to the history of the creation of the integrated rescue system, specifically focusing on the Italian and French systems. In the second part, it presents the structure of the integrated rescue system and compares the main differences of these systems between Europe and the USA. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to international cooperation. The main objective of the research investigation is to demonstrate in a practical example a rescue operation where the intervention of not only medical personnel entails important procedures and a considerable amount of medical equipment that, if not used with due care, could damage and contaminate the crime scene. A secondary goal is to attempt to create a manual for medical personnel as a support tool that can effectively protect both the work of medical personnel and the crime scene itself.
