Diplomová práce se zabývá lidskými právy v pojetí české filozofky a teoložky Boženy Komárkové. První část se zaměřuje na život a dílo Boženy Komárkové. Hlavní část textu podává ucelený pohled na vývoj lidských práv, jak jej ve svém díle představila Komárková. Závěrečná část představuje pohled Boženy Komárkové na lidská práva ve 2. polovině 20. století.

The diploma thesis deals with human rights in the concept of Czech philosopher and theologian Božena Komárková. The first part focuses on the life and work of Božena Komárková. The main part of the text gives a comprehensive view of the development of human rights, as presented by Komárková in her work.
