Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vnitřního prostředí vybrané společnosti, která poskytuje služby v oblasti účetnictví, daňového poradenství a dalších souvisejících služeb a je součástí mezinárodní skupiny podniků. Cílem práce je identifikovat a zhodnotit silná, a především slabá místa této společnosti a následně analyzovat důležité vnitřní zdroje podniku, a to náklady a výnosy. V teoretické části je popsán tematický základ a vybrané metody, které pomohou k dosažení cíle práce. V praktické části je poté provedena analýza silných a slabých stránek za využití sestaveného výzkumného týmu a metody brainstormingu. Tím je zjištěno, že nejslabší stránkou společnosti jsou vysoké náklady, které jsou dále podrobněji analyzovány společně s výnosy za využití metod vertikální a horizontální analýzy. Poté jsou pomocí klasifikační a regresní analýzy identifikovány fixní a variabilní náklady a stanoveny nákladové funkce v krátkém i dlouhém období. Na základě zjištěných parametrů je spočítán bod zvratu, čímž je zjištěno, od jakého objemu tržeb společnost generuje zisk.

Abstract:

This Master´s Thesis deals with the analysis of the internal environment of a selected company which provides services in the field of accounting, tax consultancy and other related services and it is part of an international group of companies. The objective of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the strengths and primarily weaknesses of this company and then to analyze the important internal resources of the company, namely costs and revenues. The theoretical part describes the thematic basis and selected methods that will help to achieve the goal of the thesis. In the practical part, the analysis of strengths and weaknesses is made by the assembled research team and using the brainstorming method. This determines that the weakest aspect of the company is high costs which are further analyzed in more detail together with revenues using methods of vertical and horizontal analysis. Then, through the classification and regression analysis, fixed and variable costs are identified and costing functions determined in short and long period. On the basis of the detected parameters, the break even point is calculated, which determines the amount of revenue from which the company generates profit.
