Tématem diplomové práce je partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru realizované na základě zákona č. 139/2006 Sb., o koncesních smlouvách a koncesním řízení (koncesní zákon). Abstract:
The theme of this thesis is Public Private Partnership (PPP) realized under the Act no. 139/2006 Coll., on Concession Contract and Concession Procedures (Concessions Act). The thesis is based on hypothesis that PPP is useful and efficient instrument of public procurement, but despite this fact, it is not sufficiently used to secure public needs.
