Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu stávajícího systému motivace v konkrétní organizaci. V teoretické části práce budou uvedeny teorie motivace a jejich význam pro vypracování návrhu systému motivačních postupů. Bude vypracován návrh na optimální řešení motivačního systému.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the existing system of motivation in a particular organization. The theoretical part will include theories of motivation and their significance for the drafting of motivational techniques. Drafting of the optimal solution of the incentive system.
