Measures of a General Scope and its Use in the Area of Spatial Planning

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou opatření obecné povahy a jeho využití v oblasti územního plánování. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza činnosti obce Želechovice nad Dřevnicí v oblasti územního plánování a následné navrhnutí opatření týkající se územního plánování obce. V teoretické části práce je představen samotný pojem opatření obecné povahy a je vymezena jeho procesní stránka. Dále je zde vymezeno opatření obecné povahy v kontextu územního plánování. V praktické části práce se nachází charakteristika obce Želechovice nad Dřevnice. Součástí praktické části práce je především analýza činnosti obce Želechovice nad Dřevnicí v oblasti územního plánování se zaměřením na územní plán obce, který se vydává formou opatření obecné povahy. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření týkající se územního plánování obce Želechovice nad Dřevnicí.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issues of measures of a general scope and its use in the area of spatial planning. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the activities of the municipality Želechovice nad Dřevnicí in the field of spatial planning and subsequently to propose measures related to spatial planning of the municipality. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the concept of a measure of general scope and then defines its procedural aspect. Furthermore, there it defines measure of a general scope in spatial planning. In the practical part of the thesis there is a characteristic of the municipality Želechovice nad Dřevnicí. Part of the practical part of the thesis is mainly an analysis of the activities of the municipality Želechovice nad Dřevnicí in the area of spatial planning with a focus on the spatial plan of the municipalizy, which it issued in the form of measures of a general scope. Finally, the measures are proposed regarding the spatial planning of the municipality Želechovice nad Dřevnicí.
