Analysis of Internal Accounting Directives of the Selected Company Considering the Current Legislation

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat současný stav vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic vybrané společnosti a na základě této analýzy navrhnout vhodné směrnice, které by byly pro uvedenou společnost přínosem. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na význam, funkci a náležitosti vybraných vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic. V praktické části jsem se věnovala nejdříve představení společnosti a dále jsem se zabývala popisem a analýzou současného stavu vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic této společnosti. Na základě analýzy bylo zjištěno, že stávající vnitropodnikové směrnice nejsou aktuální a úplné, a proto byl vypracován návrh pro optimalizaci stávajících a tvorbu nových směrnic. Závěrem této práce byly vyhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody vyplývající ze změn stávajících a zavádění nových směrnic, rizika spojená s jejich implementací do systému a doporučena jejich pravidelná aktualizace.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis was to analyze the current status of the internal accounting directives of the selected company and, on the basis of this analysis, to propose suitable guidelines, which would be of benefit to the company. In the theoretical part, I focused on the importance, function and requirements of selected internal accounting guidelines. In the practical part, at first I devoted myself to the presentation of the company and further I dealt with the description and analysis of the current status of internal accounting directives of this company. On the basis of the analysis, it was found that the existing internal guidelines are not current and, complete, therefore, a proposal for optimization of existing and introducing of new directives was drafted. In conclusion of this thesis, the advantages and disadvantages resulting from the changes of existing and introduction of new directives, the risks associated with their implementation into the system were evaluated and their regular updating was recommended.
