Tato práce si klade za cíl pojednat o osobnosti Josefa Sousedíka, všestranného vynálezce, politika a účastníka protinacistického odboje. Věnuje se jeho osobnímu životu i profesní kariéře, desetiletému působení ve funkci starosty města Vsetína a zejména zapojení této význačné osobnosti do protinacistického odboje v rámci organizace Clay. This thesis tries to explore and depict the personality of Josef Sousedík, the versatile inventor, politician, and member of anti-Nazi resistance. It pursues his personal life and professional career, his ten-year work as mayor of Vsetín and especially the involvement of this extraordinary figure in Czech anti-Nazi resistance within the Clay organisation.
