Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o struktuře pracovní motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců vybraného sportovního zařízení. Teoretická část vysvětluje všeobecně pracovní motivaci a spokojenost. Hlavní částí byla analýza pracovní motivace za pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku. Nejdůležitějšími výstupy jsou charakteristiky činitelů, jenž zaměstnance nejvíce motivují. This thesis deals with the structure of work motivation and satisfaction of employees in selected company. The teoretical part explains work motivation and satisfaction in general. Main part was analysis of work motivation using standardized questi-onnaires. The most important outcomes are characteristics of influences, which are the most motivated for employees.
