Reasoning of the civil judgment of the court of first instance
Abstract:
Tématem této rigorózní práce je odůvodnění civilního rozsudku soudu prvního stupně. Práce se zabývá jak obecným základním právem na náležité odůvodnění soudního rozhodnutí, tak konkrétními aspekty odůvodňování civilních rozsudků v občanském soudním řízení. Závěrem se práce pokouší o nastínění možné budoucnosti odůvodňování civilních rozsudků.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is the reasoning of the civil judgment of the court of first instance. The thesis deals with both the general fundamental right to a proper reasoning of a court decision and specific aspects of the reasoning of civil judgments in civil court proceedings. Finally, the work attempts to outline the possible future of reasoning of civil judgments.
