Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak pomáhající pracovníci vnímají kvalitu života seniorů v institucionální péči v období pandemie covid-19. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy stárnutí a stáří, dále se zaměřuje na sociální služby pro seniory a v závěru se věnuje vymezení konceptu kvality života. The aim of this thesis is to find out how care workers perceive the quality of life of seniors in institutional care during the covid-19 pandemic. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of aging and old age, focuses on social services for the elderly and concludes by defining the concept of quality of life.
