Abstract:
Za téma předkládané diplomové práce byla zvolena problematika veřejných dražeb. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo především přiblížení oblasti veřejných dražeb, vymezení a objasnění základních pojmů souvisejících s veřejnými dražbami a popsání jejich výhod oproti realitnímu prodeji. Práce se rovněž zaměřila na určování obvyklé ceny dražených nemovitostí, což bývá označováno za základní pilíř všech dražeb.dražeb …more
Abstract:
It was selected issue of public auctions for the submitted thesis topic. The idea was mainly to light the public auction concept, the definition and clarification of basic concepts related to public auctions and describe their advantages over real estate sales. The work also focused on determining the normal price of the auctioned property, which is called the fundamental pillar of all auctions.
