Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit problematiku ochrany hospodářské soutěže v ČR. V teoretické části budou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se oblasti ochrany hospodářské soutěže, dále bude popsána právní úprava ochrany hospodářské soutěže v České republice, zejména zákon č. 143/2001 Sb., o ochraně hospodářské soutěže a o změně některých zákonů. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the issue of competition protection.
