Trends and specifics in a corporate catering
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je vysvětleno několik odborných termínů týkajících se gastronomie a hotelnictví. Je zde věnována pozornost trendům a specifikům ve firemním stravování na příkladu dvou kantýn. Prostřednictvím analýzy je zjišťována návštěvnost a spokojenost zákazníků s gastronomickými zařízeními ve velkém business centru.
Abstract:
This undergraduate dissertation discusses several technical terms regarding gastronomy and the hospitality industry. Attention is paid to trends and specifics in corporate catering with an example of two canteens. Customer turnout and satisfaction with gastronomic facilities in a large business centre is analysed.
