Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce analyzuje jazyk a styl nálezů Ústavního soudu České republiky. Text je rozdělen do dvou částí: teoretické a analytické. V části teoretické za pomoci odborné literatury definujeme jednotlivé pojmy z oblasti jazyka a stylu, které souvisí s právními texty. This diploma thesis analyses language and style of findings of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. The whole text is divided into two parts: theoretical and analytical.
