Abstract:

Absolventská práce je zaměřena na téma „Pěstounská péče očima dětí“. Poznávacím cílem práce je zjistit: „Jaké jsou potřeby dětí v pěstounské péči s důrazem na vzájemné vztahy s náhradními rodiči a jejich vlastními dětmi?“ Pěstounská péče je v České republice stále velmi rozvíjena. V roce 2022 došlo v její oblasti také k několika výrazným změnám a aktivitám. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá ze sedmi kapitol, které se zaměřují na jednotlivé aspekty pěstounské péče. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou a popisuje metodologii výzkumu. V této části byl uplatněn kvalitativní výzkumný přístup, tudíž byly rozhovory vedeny na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Díky odpovědím konverzačních partnerek byla zodpovězena výzkumná otázka, která byla stanovena následovně: „Jak hodnotí pěstounské děti svůj život v pěstounské rodině a vzájemné vztahy s jednotlivými členy této rodiny?“ Výzkum byl proveden s osmi dívkami, ve věku 12 až 15 let, žijících v pěstounských rodinách na území Jihomoravského a Moravskoslezského kraje. Z výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že jsou konverzační partnerky v rodinách spokojené, cítí, že je mají pěstouni rádi a jsou v bezpečí. Volný čas tráví společně a smysluplně. Vztahy mezi jednotlivými členy pěstounské rodiny jsou na přátelské úrovni.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis is focused on the topic "Foster care through the eyes of children". The aim of thesis is to find out: "What are the needs of children in foster care with an emphasis on the relationships with foster parents and their own children?"Foster care is still very much in development in the Czech Republic. There were several significant changes and activities in the area of foster care in 2022. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains of seven chapters which focus on different aspects of foster care. The practical part follows the theoretical part and describes the research methodology. In this part a qualitative research approach was applied, thus the interviews were conducted on the basis of a semi-structured interview. The research question was defined this way: “How do foster children evaluate their life in a foster family and their relationships with individual members of that family?” the question was answered thanks to the conversational partners. The research was conducted with eight girls, aged 12 to 15, living in foster families in the South Moravian and Moravian-Silesian regions. From the research was found out that the conversation partners are happy in the families, they feel their foster parents love them and they feel safe. They spend their free time together and meaningfully. The foster family members have a friendly relationships.
