Práce popisuje současný stav systému sociálně právní ochrany dítěte. Ukazuje základní mechanismy sociálně právní ochrany dětí, legislativy a činnosti institucí v dané oblasti. Teoretická východiska práce vycházejí z postavení dětských práv ve společnosti, také v souvislosti s právy rodičů a možností zásahu státu. The thesis focuses on the current situation of the social legal child protection system. The work points out the basic mechanisms of the social legal child protection system and the activities of the institutions in this sphere.
