Abstract:
Práce přibližuje pojem personálních agentur na trhu práce, uvádí jejich rozdělení a nabízené služby. V teoretické části popisuje průběh získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. V praktické části popisuje průběh náboru personální společností.
Abstract:
The work brings the notion of personnel agencies into labor market, their divisions and the services offered. The teorethical part describes the process of recruiting and selecting employees. The practical part describes the course of recruitment by a personnel company.
