The Reverse Charge and its Application in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na uplatňování režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti u LUCO klima s.r.o. a na zhodnocení jeho dopadu na tuto společnost. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o daňovém systému v České republice, je zde podrobně rozebrána daň z přidané hodnoty v souladu se Zákonem o DPH a je soustředěna na režim přenesení daňové povinnosti. V praktické části je společnost představena a je zanalyzován její současný stav týkající se režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti. Dále jsou zhodnoceny dopady tohoto režimu na společnost a předložen metodický návrh, který by mohl pomoci minimalizovat výskyt chyb. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky a doporučení pro společnost.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the application of the reverse charge mechanism at LUCO klima s.r.o. and on the evaluation of its impact on this company. The theoretical part provides an overview of the tax system in the Czech Republic, value added tax is discussed in detail following the VAT Act and focuses on the reverse charge mechanism. The practical part introduces the company and analyzes its current situation regarding the reverse charge mechanism. Furthermore, the implications of this scheme for the company are assessed and a methodological proposal is put forward which could help to minimize the occurrence of mistakes. Lastly, there is a summary of the findings and recommendations for the company at the end.
