Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku. Zvolený podnik nabízí zákazníkům výrobu a dodání nerezového vybavení do gastronomických provozoven i výrobu nerezového nábytku. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou popsány metody a pojmy za pomoci odborné literatury. Jedná se o pojem finanční analýza, PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, SPACE analýza, SWOT analýza, konkurence a konkurenceschopnost. Tyto poznatky jsou převedeny v aplikační části na vybraný podnik. Pro porovnání a kompletní vyhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti jsem vybral finanční analýzu a jednotlivé ukazatele vyhodnotil mezi dvěma podniky ze stejného odvětví. Na výpočty finanční analýzy byly použity rozvahy a výkazy zisků a ztrát vybraného podniku za rok 2016, 2017 a 2018. Z aplikovaných analýz je patrné, že podnik si na trhu stojí relativně dobře, je finančně stabilní a konkurenceschopný. Na závěr práce jsou doporučeny návrhy opatření, které podniku zajistí udržitelné postavené na trhu a zvýší tak zájem zákazníka o služby. Dalším nástrojem pro firmu je snížit celkovou míru zadluženosti a inovovat marketing podniku ve formě reklamy na sociálních sítích.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of competitiveness of the selected company. The chosen company offers customers the production and delivery of stainless steel equipment to gastronomic establishments as well as the production of stainless steel furniture. In the theoretical-methodological part, methods and concepts are described with the help of specialized literature. These are the concept of financial analysis, PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model, SPACE analysis, SWOT analysis, competition and competitiveness. This knowledge is transferred in the application section to the selected company. To compare and to complete evaluation of competitiveness, I have selected a financial analysis and evaluated the individual indicators between two companies from the same sector. The balance sheets and profit and loss statements of the selected company for 2016, 2017 and 2018 were used for the calculations of the financial analysis. The applied analyses show that the company stands relatively well on the market, is financially stable and competitive. At the end of the work, proposals for measures are recommended to ensure a sustainable market-based business and thus increase the customer's interest in services. Another tool for the company is to reduce the overall level of indebtedness and innovate the marketing of the business in the form of advertising on social networks.
