Abstract:
Emise cenných papírů je dlouhodobý transformační proces, jehož prostřednictvím mohou získat společnosti kapitál pro další rozvoj. V mé bakalářské práci analyzuji proces emise akcií, jeho druhy, přípravu a samotnou realizaci. Initial public offering is a long-run transformation process, whereby companies can gain more capital for further expansion. In this diploma work I analyze an initial public offering process, its kinds, preparation and the realization itself.
