Transformation of accounting profit to the tax base for legal entity

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací účetního výsledku hospodaření na základ daně z příjmů. Teoretická část shrnuje základní právní úpravu účetnictví a daně z příjmů právnických osob. Je zde řešen i vztah mezi účetnictvím a daňovým systémem. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat nejčastější úpravy hospodářského výsledku a předvést jejich aplikaci v praxi včetně procesu tvorby daňového přiznání.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the transformation of the accounting profit to corporate tax base. The theoretical part summarises the basic regulations of accounting and corporate income tax. There is also presented the relationship between accounting and the tax system. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the most frequent adjustments of the economic result and to demonstrate their application in practice, including the process of making a tax return.
