Etiology of aggression against the medical rescue teams from the respective of lay and professional public
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku agrese vůči posádkám zdravotnické záchranné služby. Teoretická část se věnuje agresi obecně, teoriím vzniku a příčinám a agresi mířené proti zdravotníkům, empirická část byla zaměřena na názory laické a odborné veřejnosti na specifické situace související s agresí vůči posádce ZZS a porovnávala rozdíly mezi uvedenými dvěma skupinami respondentů.

The thesis is focused on the issues of aggression against the teams of emergency medical services. The theoretical part deals with aggression in general, and theories of causes and aggression made against medical professionals, the empirical part focused on the opinions of lay and professional public in specific situations of aggression against the Emergency Medical Service team and compared the differences …more
