Tato bakalářská práce je teoretická a zabývá se pěstounskou péčí a osvojením z hlediska nejlepšího zájmu dítěte. Nejprve však práce popisuje náhradní rodinnou péči a její formy a pak následně porovnává pěstounství a osvojení z různých pohledů, jako jsou: práva a povinnosti původní rodiny, práva a povinnosti pečující osoby, doba trvání péče, pro každé dítě je vhodná jiná forma náhradní rodinné péče …more
