Diplomová práce se věnuje kalkulaci cen produktů a controllingu ve společnosti Package, s.r.o. Firma se zaměřuje na co-pacing a co-manufactoring. Cílem práce je analyzovat postup stávající kalkulace a následně navrhnout vhodný kalkulační vzorec pro výpočet cen při zohlednění zařazení přímých a nepřímých nákladů. This thesis deals with products price calculation and controlling in the company Package, s.r.o. The company specializes in co-packing and co-manufacturing.
