the Realization of the Projekt of the System of the Early Intervention in Karlovy Vary

Abstract:

V posledních letech dochází k nárůstu kriminality nejenom u dospělých pachatelů, ale také mezi dětmi. Nezletilí a mladiství představují ve společnosti rizikovou skupinu, protože vzorce chování, které se u osob vytvářejí v průběhu dospívání, není jednoduché u zralých osobností změnit. Právě pro všechny ohrožené děti vznikl projekt Systém včasné intervence a Tým pro mládež. SVI představuje systémové a informační propojení mezi subjekty (především policie, OSPOD a orgány justice), které řeší problematiku delikventní mládeže. Současně mohou být také zapojeny i další instituce, které pomáhají se zachycením rizikových dětí. Slouží k rychlému předávání informací prostřednictvím elektronických médií. Informační počítačové propojení institucí zabývajících se trestnou činností dětí a oblastí sociálně právní ochrany dětí a mládeže slouží ke zlepšení celkové úrovně spolupráce, minimalizaci páchání další trestné činnosti na tomto úseku a zlepšení efektivity ukládaných výchovných opatření. Zachycení dětí s výchovnými problémy a správné řešení jejich situace může odvrátit vystupňování patologických projevů v jejich chování nejenom v době dospívání.

Abstract:

There is an increase of criminality not only in case of adult culprits, but also in case of children, within last few years. Underaged and adolescents represent a vulnerability group in society, beacause the patterns of bahavior, which are constitute within adolescence, is not easy to change at adults. Just for all manaced children the System of timeous intervence and Team for youth was estabilished. ST (SVI) represent systemic and informational connection between subjects (above all police, OSPOD a and organs of justice) which are dealing with problematic or delinquent youth. At the same time there can be also engaged other institutions, that are helping with interception of manaced children. It serves to fast forwarding of informations via electronic media. Information and computer connection of insitutions dealing with chidren criminal activity and sphere of socio-legal patronage of children and youth serves for improvement of overall level of cooperation, minimalization of committing further criminal activity at this section and improving efficiency of obligated educative action. Interception of children with educative problems and right solving of their situation can avert escalation of pathological acts in their behavior not only in time of adolescence.
