V teoretické části byly nejprve shrnuty poznatky s oblasti psychologie, vysvětleny byly např. pojmy jako motivace, motivování a potřeby. Přiblíženy byly také některé z četných teorií motivace. In the theoretical part i first summarised information in the area of psychology, explained e.g. expressions like motivation, motivating or needs. I explained some of the frequent theories of motivation.
