Optimization of the inventory process of fixed assets and inventories in the selected company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Optimalizace procesu inventarizace dlouhodobého majetku a zásob u vybrané společnosti“ se zabývá procesem inventarizace dlouhodobého majetku a zásob v zemědělském podniku. První část je změřena na teoretické poznatky ohledně procesu inventarizace spolu s vymezením pojmu dlouhodobého majetku a zásob. V druhé části práce představuje zásadní položky majetku podniku a následně je provedena analýza inventarizačních prací, včetně navržení doporučení na optimalizaci celého procesu. Výstupem z této práce je návrh vnitropodnikové směrnice na provádění inventarizace dlouhodobého majetku a zásob.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Optimization of the inventory process of fixed assets and inventories in the selected company" deals with the process of inventory of fixed assets and inventories on the agriculture company. The first part is measured in the theoretical knowledge about the inventory process with the basic definitions of the fixed assets and inventories. In the second part of the thesis are main elements of the company's assets presented, and then is the analysis of inventory process performed, including propose of recommendations for optimizing the whole process. The output of this thesis the draft of the internal directive for the inventory of fixed assets and inventories.
