Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem situace na trhu práce v okrese Svitavy od roku 1989. Pozornost je věnována zaměstnanosti na konci osmdesátých let, transformaci regionální ekonomiky a jejímu vlivu na strukturu zaměstnanosti. This bachelor thesis focuses on the situation on the labour market in the Svitavy district after the year 1989. Attention is paid to employment at the end of the eighties, the transformation of regional economy and its influence on occupational mosaic.
