Diplomová práca „Porovnanie produktovej ponuky na hypotekárnom trhu v ČR a SR“ sa venuje analýze a komparácii hypotekárnych produktov na hypotekárnych trhoch Českej a Slovenskej republiky. Prvá časť je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie hypotekárneho úveru z hľadiska legislatívy, teórie a úverového postupu. Ďalšia časť poukazuje na krátky vývoj na oboch trhoch.
