Bakalářská práce především pojednává o složení a analytických metodách používaných k hodnocení esenciálních olejů. The bachelor thesis deals mainly with the composition of essential oils and analytical methods used for their evaluation. As essential oils are increasingly used, they are frequently adulterated, so it is important to monitor and control their composition and quality.
